General information

• VT-01 unit is designed for industrial processes automation. It has shock-proof leak-proof housing with two video cameras inside.

• VT-01 unit allows contactless measurement of position and geometrical dimensions of moving objects (Ex: at conveyor) by triangulation method and to count the objects with recognition of their types.

• VT-01 unit can be used for:

continuous monitoring of width and position of the sheet in metallurgy industry;

in manufacturing of piece-goods (Ex: bakery) for counting the production with possibility of its recognition by categories;

for measurement of timber volume in timber industry.

• At customer’s specification VT-01 unit can be customized for other tasks of recognition and counting the objects.

Unit’s features

• More low price in comparison with equal systems of foreign manufacturers.

• 3D recognition of the objects.

• Measurement of geometrical objects resolution is ± 0,1 mm, with accuracy ± 0,2 mm and working zone of 500 mm.

• The width of the measurement can be up to 3000 mm (with joint operation of two VT-01 units and distance to working zone of 1500 mm).

• Possibility of operation in aggressive environment.

• Measurement results can be given out via 10/100 Base-T/TX interface and/or by universal 0 : 20 mA signal.

• In poor illumination conditions option of external LED lighter, connected to the unit is available.

• Working ambient temperature from +5 to +50° C.
