Equipment set for technology objects parameters monitoring

Scope

  • Electrical parameters and climate monitoring, guard functions, electric power meters data and state signals of fire alarm control and indicating equipment transmission from unattended technology objects.

Arrangement

  • Information acquisition, its processing and transmission over communications line is provided by KP-01 unit (or board), which has definite set of functions. For widening the functionality and increasing the amount of monitoring and control points, it is possible to connect additional devices from complete of the set to specialized incomes via KP-01 unit (board) RS-485.

Construction

  • Basic device gas options of construction as top-desk unit with power supply from DC source 36…72 V or from mains 220 VAC via adaptor and as a board with face plank for installation into M39AE multiplexor. Additional devices with RS-485 interface are constructed in universal plastic housing.

Base unit (board) functions without additional devices

  • Measurement of DC voltage in the range of 36... 72 V (or 18... 36 V) – two inputs.

  • Measurement of DC resistance in the range from 10 to 1000 Ohms - 16 inputs.

  • Reading of “dry” contacts states - 8 inputs.

Base unit (board) functions with additional devices connected to specialized inputs of the unit (board)

  • Measurement of AC voltage with industrial 50 Hz frequency in the range from 150 to 250 V via AI-01 adapter – three inputs.

  • Measurement of ambient air temperature in the range from minus 40 to plus 120° C and relative humidity in the range from 10 to 90% - one input for temperature/humidity sensor.

  • Reading the code from electronic “button” key iButton – one input for SKT-01.

  • Measurement of local points temperatures in the range from minus 55 to plus 120° C – parallel connection of up to 20 DT-01 sensors to “button” key input instead of SKT-01.

  • Monitoring the states of signalization loops of fire alarm control and indicating equipment with relay outputs of VERS-PK type connected via ShK-01 modules to resistance measurement inputs – up to 16 loops.

Widening base unit (board) functions by connecting additional devices to telemetry network via RS-485 interface

  • Measurement of DC voltage in the range from 10 to 16 V - 4 inputs for all modifications of KP-022 unit.

  • Measurement of DC current in the range from 0 to 70 A with IT-01 sensor connected to KP-022-01 and KP-022-02 units.

  • Measurement of local points temperatures (ex: battery terminal posts) – parallel connection of up to 20 DT-01 sensors to KP-022-02 unit.

  • Measurement of DC current in the range from 0 to 30 A – one input in KP-022 unit.

  • Control of external executive devices – four outputs of KP-023 unit.

  • Reading of “dry” contacts states – eight inputs of KP-025 unit.

  • Reading data of electric energy meters with RS-485 interface by KP-026 unit.

Monitoring and control

  • Connection to monitoring network via RS-485 interface.

  • Remote monitoring and control over Ethernet network and/or IP/ÒÑÐ via Ethernet 10/100 Base-T/TX interface.
